
William “Will” Gray joined Tau Epsilon Phi’s Epsilon Phi chapter at Penn State University in the Fall of 2022.
During his time at Penn State, Will pursued a major in Enterprise Technology Integration and earned a business competency certificate from the Smeal College of Business. Will completed his undergraduate degree in the Fall of 2025.
Will served as Chancellor of his chapter during the 2024 calendar year, leading the chapter through a period of significant growth and development. In addition to his role as Chancellor, he also held multiple executive board positions, in each one he made sure to be always looking for ways to contribute to the betterment of the fraternity.
Outside of TEΦ, Will co-owns an app development business focusing on college students as its audience. His business includes an event creation platform, a bar special finder, and an AI-powered notetaking tool. He continues to develop apps with the goal of publishing and launching his projects for all to use.
Will was appointed Chapter Development Coordinator on January 5, 2026. In this role, he is excited to use his experience to support chapter expansion efforts and contribute to the continued growth of TEΦ’s national organization.
