Leadership Retreat Details – September 30 – October 3, 2021 in the Pocono Mountains, PA
COVID-19 Protocols – All attendees are expected to be either vaccinated or get proof of a negative COVID test 3 days in advance of attending this event. Attendees will be expected to show CDC card or test result with staff.
We are looking for all our chapters, colonies and interest groups, to send two officers to this years leadership retreat. We are requesting that the Chancellor and another rising undergraduate officer attend. If for some reason, the Chancellor is unable to attend, please send your Vice Chancellor to represent you.
Registration Fees: There is no cost for the Chancellor and second eboard member to attend. Additional attendees are encouraged to attend. The cost for these additional attendees is $200 per person. They will also be responsible for their transportation cost to and from the event.
The registration fee includes: All sessions, meals, lodging and transportation as follows:
Welcome gift bag, program, opening session on Thursday, all educational and business sessions for Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Thursday opening session will be followed by a reception / dinner at the hotel.
Friday breakfast, educational, informative and thought provoking leadership sessions, lunch and awards banquet.
Saturday breakfast, educational, informative and thought provoking leadership sessions, and lunch. Saturday afternoon we will be traveling offsite for an afternoon of paintball. The evening will conclude with dinner back at the hotel.
Sunday breakfast followed by our closing sessions and a good & welfare.
Parking is free at the hotel and conference center.
Complimentary basic wireless internet in all guest rooms.
