To live in the light of friendship; To walk in the path of chivalry; To serve for the love of service, that’s what it means to be a ΤΕΦ man. The ΤΕΦ Man of the Year is awarded to one of our brothers we feel exemplifies these ideals, and we are proud to announce that Brother Howie Roseman is the 2026 ΤΕΦ Man of the Year.
Brother Roseman is a Tau Alpha alumnus who joined our fraternity in the Fall of 1993. Nowadays you may recognize him as the General Manager of the Philadelphia Eagles. During his time as GM, he has brought home 2 Lombardi Trophies to the city of Philadelphia in 3 Super Bowl appearances.
